The rules [legal basis] for each call is provided by the relevant Work Programme (WP). Some of these rules can and do change between different WPs. Applicants should refer to the WP under which they are applying. ERC funded Host Institutions and Principal Invetsigators should refer to the WP under which they applied to the ERC.
