Reserve list: Due to budgetary constraints it may not be possible to support all proposals that have been evaluated positively. In such conditions, proposals on a reserve list may only be financed if funds become available due to failure of the granting procedure to projects, the withdrawal of proposals, budget savings agreed during the granting procedure or the availability of additional budget from other sources.
