Lucía Benito Jordá is Head of the International Programs Unit, in the Vice-Presidency for International Affairs and LEAR of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC). BS in Environmental Sciences (2008) and MS in Urban and Environmental Law (2009) from the Rey Juan Carlos University. She has more than 12 years of experience in the field of R&I financing, performing advisory functions for CSIC research staff and managing European and international programmes, mainly the European Research Council (ERC) calls, Horizon 2020 challenges and Horizon Europe clusters.
