The European Research Council Executive Agency (ERCEA) seeks to attract excellent, highly motivated staff with the right qualifications and expertise, who are eager to contribute to the advancement of frontier research in Europe.
At the ERCEA, we are committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion. Our selection processes are fair, transparent, and designed to ensure that every candidate is assessed on merit.
From the very beginning, new colleagues benefit from a comprehensive induction programme designed to familiarise them with the Agency’s mission, values, and working methods. Supported by HR, managers, peers, and a dedicated buddy system, this process ensures smooth integration into the organisation, while maintaining a strong focus on employee well-being.
