Dace Rambaka is a policy analyst at the “Support to the Scientific Council” unit of the European Research Council Executive Agency. She has held various positions in the Agency, as well as worked for the European Commission and for the national civil service. Dace holds a PhD in Science, Technology, and Innovation Policy and Management from the University of Manchester.
