Maja Karlovic is a data analyst who excels in using Tableau and specializes in reporting to support informed decision-making. Working at a consulting firm, she has refined her expertise in data management and visualisation.

Her responsibilities include collaborating with clients, analysing data, building data models, and generating insightful reports—all essential for helping organizations and clients define and achieve their strategic objectives.

Previously, she worked as a physical oceanographer, after earning a master's degree in physics. Her passion for knowledge transfer is evident across her career, as she actively organizes events, delivers lectures, actively participates in conferences, and leads workshops (also as a member of Oceanographers on the island).

Her initiatives are aimed at igniting interest and disseminating knowledge among diverse groups, particularly focusing on motivating young individuals in the field of science.
