Andreas KEIL

Andreas Keil currently works for the Scientific Management Department of the ERC Executive Agency in Brussels, where he is the research funding coordinator for the Universe Sciences.
Prior to this he worked as a senior scientist and research project manager in the UK and Germany, and facilitated negotiations for the UN Climate Change Convention. He holds a PhD degree in the natural sciences and has a university education in meteorology, translation and business economics.

Davide INNOCENTI

Dr. Davide Innocenti is Project Adviser at Call and Project Follow-up Coordination Unit of the European Research Council Executive Agency. He is in charge of the implementation of visiting programmes for potential ERC applicants and international early-career scientists. He is a physicist by Sapienza University of Rome and doctor in Engineering by Tor Vergata University of Rome. After few posts in academia across Europe, working on superconductivity and multiferroic materials, he joined the Agency two years ago.

Frank KUHN

Frank Kuhn has a Master's Degree in Political Science, English Literature and Linguistics from the University of Stuttgart. His interest in ICTs and their use in politics led to a doctoral degree with a dissertation on electronic democracy. After his PhD, Frank moved into science management and accepted a position as a Science Officer in the Social Sciences at the European Science Foundation (ESF) in Strasbourg.
Frank joined the European Research Council Executive Agency (ERCEA) in 2009 where he currently works as a coordinator for the research evaluation panel "Institutions, Values, Environment and Space", which includes the fields of political science, law, geography and various other disciplines.

Inés T. Marín Moreno

Inés T. Marín Moreno currently works for the European Research Council as coordinator of the LS8 panel (Ecology, Evolution and Environmental Biology). With a background in Environmental Sciences, she has also worked in the last ten years in other parts of the European Union Research Framework Program, in particular, managing research projects, first forestry and later spatial.
Previously, she worked for JNCC, the body that advises the UK Government on issues related to the protection of nature and biodiversity, and collaborated early in her career with the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP).

Lucia RUBIO FERNANDEZ

Lucía Rubio Fernández has a Biology degree from the University of Oviedo (Spain), where she comes from. She then moved to Brussels to do research on Phytorremediation at the Université Libre de Bruxelles and finally did a PhD in Protein Dynamics from the Vrije Universiteit Brussels. Since 2017, she is a Scientific Officer in the Life Sciences Department of the European Research Council Executive Agency.

Telma CARVALHO

Dr. Ir. Telma Carvalho is Research Programme Officer at the European Research Council Executive Agency being in charge of the coordination of the panel on Systems and Communication Engineering which focus on achieving significant advancements in photonics, micro- nanoelectronics, robotics and communication necessary to enable the development of sophisticated products and services that fulfil in a sustainable way today's societal needs.
She is a Materials Engineer by the Technical University of Lisbon in Portugal and doctor in Engineering by the Catholic University of Leuven (KULeuven). Before joining the European Commission, she was R&D Manager at a spin-off company of the KULeuven charged of developing sensors and expert systems to assess the integrity of industrial components.
