Aurelia Hanganu

Aurelia Hanganu is a PhD in Philology, Associate Professor, with advanced experience in the management of institutions in the field of higher education, research and innovation.

She has participated in national and international projects, both for research and development, and currently manages the activity of the National Agency for Research and Development of the Republic of Moldova. The institution has in its attributions inclusive processes for organizing competitions for projects in the field of research and innovation, capacity development, the evaluation of project proposals as well as their financial management.

She has been active as an NCP for the ERC for a relatively short time, but she accepted this challenge out of the desire to support and encourage promising researchers in the country to access the opportunities offered by this valuable instrument for recognizing academic excellence.
