The European Research Council (ERC) will host an information session titled "Funding opportunities in Europe for creative minds from anywhere in the world" at the forthcoming American Society for Cell Biology (ASCB) Annual Meeting in Denver, CO.
 
The ASCB 51st Annual Meeting is scheduled for 3-7 December in Denver, CO at the Colorado Convention Center.
 
As the premier international meeting in the field of cell biology, the ASCB Annual Meeting is intended for scientists and students in academia, industry, government, and higher education. Over 100 scientific sessions and 3,000 poster presentations cover a variety of scientific areas within the discipline. With opportunities to learn about the latest research and network with peers, the ASCB Annual Meeting appeals to the diverse interests of the international cell biology community.

ERC information session

At the ERC information session, Principal Investigators of ERC Starting and Advanced Grants will share their experiences with these funding initiatives and answer questions from the audience. An ERC Scientific Officer will present the ERC's funding schemes and provide answers to practical questions on the application and selection process.
